Intra District and Non Resident Applications Now Available

An Intra District Application is a transfer request for CCSD residents that have missed the School of Choice window, to attend a Cherry Creek School different than their resident assignment.

A Non Resident application is for those students that live outside the Cherry Creek School District boundaries.  These applications are only available on the Cherry Creek School District website under District Admissions.

Non Resident and Intra District Applications, if accepted are only valid for one school year.  Parents must re-apply yearly.  Please be aware that there is no guarantee of acceptance.  Acceptance is based on space availability.

From the Records Office

Parents of current 6th and 7th graders: In order to keep track of your students' records, it is extremely important for you to let Ms. Simoneau in the Counseling office know if your student will NOT be returning to Campus Middle School next year.  Please email tsimoneau@cherrycreekschools.org or call 720-554-2705 as soon as possible.  Again, this is only for students in 6th and 7th grades who will not be returning to CMS for any reason next year.

Parents of current 8th graders:  If your child in NOT planning on attending Cherry Creek High School next year, please notify Ms. Simoneau in the Counseling office (email tsimoneau@cherrycreekschools.org or by phone 720-554-2705).  We need to be informed so that your child's records will be sent to the appropriate location, or if you need a copy of your student's final transcript to be sent to another school.  She will send the transcript as soon as final report cards are available by request only.

Parents of all students:  If you are planning a move over the summer, even if it is just within the Campus Middle School area, you must make an address change.  During the school year, you may bring in a current Excel bill to the registrar's office.  If you move during the summer, you must take your documentation to the West Admissions office to make your address change.  A current Excel bill with your new address is the only documentation the Admissions office will accept, it must also have your name listed under the service address.  Making your address change as soon as possible will ensure a smooth check-in process in August. Lines at the Admission office are extremely long in August, especially the closer we get to the beginning of the new school year.

Early Checkout:  If you are planning on taking your child out of school before June 3rd, the last day of school, AND you are not returning to Campus next year, please notify Ms. Simoneau in the Counseling office (email tsimoneau@cherrycreekschools.org or by phone 720-554-2705). We must go through a withdrawal process before your students records can forwarded to the new school.

If you have any other questions, please give Mari Parker, Registrar, a call at 720-554-2709 or email her at mparker8@cherrycreekschools.org.
