Today is a B Day

Students, the library will be CLOSED at lunch and before school for the rest of the year as we pack everything up for summer renovations. We will welcome you all back in the fall with a beautiful new look to the library!

HEY YOU! Listen up and listen closely. If your name is STILL on the white board in front of the cafeteria you STILL have outstanding bills in the library. These charges will NOT GO AWAY. In fact, if you are an 8th grader your bills will follow you to the high school. Not a great way to start 9th grade, is it?? PLEASE come see us in the library if you don’t know what it is you owe. Time is running out to take care of your business. You will not be able to receive a yearbook or participate in the 8th grade Movie day until your account is paid.

Lost and Found items will be on display by the front office until Thursday.  Items not claimed during this time will be donated.  Also, don’t forget to check in the Dean’s Office for glasses, keys, wallets, calculators and cell phones.

The morning music contest has come to an end and we are pleased to announce the winning classrooms. In 6th grade Mr. Olsen’s class ended up with a one-point lead over Mr. Edwards. That was a very tough race up there! In 7th grade  Ms. Jaffe’s class narrowly won as did Ms. Castro’s class in 8th grade. Thank you to all of the classrooms that participated this year and WE WILL BE BACK in the fall with more morning fun. Your donut parties will be held this Wednesday in your classroom.

Wednesday the 22nd is Campus Bike to School Day!"  Bike, walk, run, blade, or scoot to school next Wednesday.  Play a role in saving the environment, getting some exercise, and cut down on traffic! Prizes to be given out shall be announced later for those who participate!"

Tomorrow is the last day for late buses and activities.  Please, plan on being on the regular bus after school.
