  1. The school store will be open from 8:30am to 7:00pm on Friday August 19, 2011. We encourage students to support the school store by purchasing supplies; supply lists will be available at 6th grade orientation and during schedule pick-up for 7th and 8th graders.
  2. School pictures will be taken on check-in days. Checks for pictures should be made out to "Van Gogh School Photography". Even if pictures are not ordered, pictures will be taken for photo ID cards and the yearbook.
  3. Please refer to your summer packets for complete back to school information.

Activity Fee $10 (District-wide fee to partially offset operating costs for all programs. optional)
Locks $5 each- may need 2 (personal and PE lockers) last year's locks may be reused- please bring to check-in if you want to reuse them.
PE Uniform $5 shirts -- $15 for regular or long shorts -- previous year's can be reused. Students may also purchase uniforms from their PE teacher on the first day of class.
Activity Shirt $5 (optional) - Students who participate in after-school athletics may purchase this shirt for practices.
Yearbook $30 (optional)
Student Directory $5 (optional - Requires a separate check payable to Campus PTO)
Remember: You may pay fees for the PE uniform and lock plus the options fees for activities and yearbook with one check.
We do not accept credit cards.
